Source: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i6dIq-3yFo4 Episode 1 of Bhabi.Ji.Ghar.Par.Hain., in Hindi, introduced the viewers to three sisters-in-law, who are all married to one man, who is barely able to maintain his own household that includes five children and four grandkids under the age of 8 years old in an apartment complex in Delhi's satellite township, Ghaziabad. The eldest sister-in-law, Neha, is married to Mohit (Sitaram Pandey) who works in the field of real estate while the middle sister-in-law, Vidya (Alka Amin), is married to Shashank (Vinod Khanna), who works for Honeywell in their research and development department. While Neha is financially comfortable since she doesn't have to work, Vidya suffers from severe migraine headaches. The youngest of the three, Simran (Kavita Kaushik), is a fashion designer who is a single mother to a 9-year-old child. The show revolves around the daily trials and tribulations of this joint family with its share of quips, humour and heartaches. There are also hints of romance in the future for Simran with Rahul (Piyush Sahdev) and Vidya's marriage gets into trouble when she is unable to get pregnant. The show also has two other characters who stay in the same apartment complex: Bua (Anu Sinha), who watches over the family, and her grandson Rajat (Prateek Singh). The series is produced by Raujesh Kumar Jain of Optimystix Entertainment and Face Productions Pvt. Ltd.
